(remember this is not the 1950's and we are not selling vacuum cleaners) GA's track your every phone call, every response, every meeting, every cancelled meeting, etc. GA's want you to actually "knock on people's doors" at night if they don't return your phone calls or emails. I can't even imagine how difficult KOC FA's must have to work now. This company will die with its rapidly-aging membership unless they change something soon. You’d have to sell A LOT if you want to make enough money to survive. Generally speaking you only make about 57% of a policy’s first year premiums. Yes you have to pay for your own marketing materials. You have to recruit new members yourself if you want new leads. A lot of the listed members are long-dead or have no good information for you to follow up on. Some of them aren’t even Catholic any more and don’t really care about the Knights.
